What is the minimum quantity?
Almost all promotional items have a required minimum quantity for purchase. In some cases, less than the minimum quantity may be ordered however a charge will be applied.
What are setup and run charges?
Almost every product has a setup or run charge per color imprint in addition to the price per piece. Charges vary per item, please inquire for more details about a specific project.
What are overruns and underruns?
Many orders are subject to a 5% overrun or underrun and will be shipped and billed accordingly. If you need an exact quantity, let us know and we can work with a supplier that offers exact quantity orders. Additional charge may apply.
What is considered acceptable artwork?
We highly recommend vector artwork for the best quality print. Adobe Illustrator, EPS and PDF files are accepted. We will also accept JPG and TIF raster images that have been created at a resolution of 600 DPI. Additional graphics charges apply for converting your files to vector, creating or recreating artwork that does not meet these standards.
How to I send my artwork to you?
Please fill out our "Send a file" form and upload your files here. If you have more than 5 files, please compress them into a ZIP and upload them with the form.
How long will it it take to complete my order?
Production times vary from order to order. Please let us know when you need your project completed and we will work with you to get the job done on time.
May I cancel my order?
After you approve your artwork proof, the order is placed. It is important to be sure you are prepared to place your order once you approve your proof. Once an order has been placed with the supplier, the order may not be cancelled without incurring cancellation charges. Charges vary by supplier.
